I'm guessing Sunrise to Sunset. That seems to be pretty standard with most parks. I did see something online that said Sunrise to 10pm but that was just some touristy website.

Honeymoon does not open till 8am.

Never been to SB so early, sorry... but their not strict about leaving at sunset. Rode way into the dark last night.
