for those who have ridden awhile, how days like sun (20-35 knots) do we get in the summer, do we get one or two per hurricane or was this just luck?

We usually get one or two per storm.. so maybe once a month... keep a small kite on hand for the huricanes... 5m or 7m.

Mostly you'll catch sea breezes in the summer. Just watch the temp. If it starts off cool in the morning with a light Easterly and then gets hot, the wind will shift and the beaches will go off at 3:00 and be done by 5:00. You need to be rigged and ready or you'll miss it... and the sensors will not usually show it.
