In light winds, over steering (especially on the upstroke) iz a sure way 2 kill power, or even cause a hintenburg.
on the upstroke, i like2 sheet the bar out 2speed the kite up.
2 much power on waterstarts?
maybe pointing the board downwind (for the first stroke) will absorb some power.
when i get way overpowered, pointing the board downwind iz way more easy 4 me than digging in upwind to absorb gusts.
