I have been on a wakeboard in 5 years, I thought about going to the ski rixen down here in south florida. I wanted to know your thoughts on using a kiteboard behind a boat or on a cable ski. Does it work well or am I better buying or renting a wakeboard.

i used a 133 Cabrinha Custom, with LF union boots, and LOVED it

Thats what I love about that custom 133, I can either put straps or bindings on it!
And best is the awesome jumps I get with it :o

I learned how to wake board on an Underground kite board at OWC on the cable about a month ago. I can only assume it's easier because I got up on my first try and was able to get up every time :D
** Careful of the corners on a really flat board. They catch the water quickly and you end up doing a face plant
