Free Diving Course in the Bahamas

[Bimini Kiteboarding]

Bimini Kiteboarding are looking at putting together a freediving course in the Bimini.

Would anyone be interested to attend this course? The instruction will be run by Professional Freediver and Coach Walid Boudaif

The course will be aimed at a Beginner / Intermediate level and is perfect for spearfisherman and divers looking into the sport of freediving.

Fundamentals of freediving, based on breath control and Yoga techniques Pysical and Mental Training, depth adaption and development of the mammalian diving reflex. Practive will be based on interconnected principles: Mind, Body, Technique and Safety.

Cost is $950 per person and includes Round Trip flights from Ft Lauderdale to Bimini, 3 Nights Accommodation, 2 Meals per day, All tuition, use of 40ft Hatteras Dive Boat and Captain

If we generate enough interest then we will Run this course on the first weekend of April.

That is an amazing venue and price. A normal course costs about $600. to $700. alone, add in air, hotel, meals, it is an excellent price. Doing all this in the Biminis off a nice Hatteras even better.

I think Walid was off island when I was there for the NP Meeting. I don't know him by reputation, could you give some of his free diving and related background?
