Last seen near 3 rooker today heading South East towards Dunedin Causeway on Monday 4/14

This board is grey and has the look of an aircraft carrier deck.

Has owner's name and phone number on board.....thank the lord.

North county folks....keep a lookout.

I am sure Doug is having flashbacks.
