Any body been to CR/Bahia Salinas in Arpil/May?

Been there thru mid-April. Winds starting to taper down a bit compared to what I experienced in Dec-Jan-Feb-March (over teh course of 3-4 years). You might need to bring a kite for the 15-20 kt days, but it can still blow stink there that time. I'm 155# and would probably bring a 13m just in case, if kiting is #1 priority.
Not sure if they are experiencing any of the weather anomalies that we have had this year. Maybe pose the question at kiteforum.com or get in touch directly with Nicola at Blue Dream, or one of the other operators down there, for an accurate report. I would probably go earlier rathe than later if you have the option. Either way you'll have a great time.

we are experiencing some weather anomolies...
super windy days followed by no wind here in copal, but wind down coast, good for wave sessions wierd but oh well, its still is windy more often than not bob lguardbl@gmail.com spring special beachfront villas and ocean view cabinas w/pool and wifi for 30/night!!!!! walk to kite!!! |
