Simply follow the link in Toby's post to fill out an online repair ticket. Your repair is uploaded into our online ticket list and you are provided with a print out that has shipping instructions. Your online repair ticket will tell you when we receive your kite, gives you the repair due date, and a live status report of where your kite is in the repair process. You'll never be left not knowing where your kite is or when you can expect to see it again.

Current turn around time is 2 business days and UPS Ground from anywhere in FL arrives within a day.
