I'm confused though, why did you sell the Ion at a loss and buy a waroo?

Because Amber could not fly the Ion comfortably. I bought the Ion for her and I am still the only one who has flown it for more than about a minute between her and I. The depower strap is too far up the bar for her and she was not comfortable with the way it relaunches (like a C kite). She is pretty short and needed a smaller size kite (12M) instead of the 15M which had her a little overpowered most of the time. I think the Waroo is a much better kite for her needs right now. So hopefully we'll get what she wants for the Ion...

Toby..
I reposted these on Kiteforum for you. mentioned your recent bad luck w/ your car.. not trying to play the sympathy card for you too much.. but I really dont want to see you get jacked for these kites cuz I know they are in perfect condition. If I did not have my 16m waroo I would buy the ION from you.

Anyone needing a big hybrid should talk to toby before this thing sells.. I am sure he would cut you a great deal.. might even work some creative financing options ( I heard he once sold cars for a living...)..

Hate to see these sell for less than a fair price.

Yep. I'll just have to hope for a good bid there at the end. 8)
