Default seattle kiting

anyone ridden near Puget sound?
i have a business trip there and curious if i should bring a kite or not?

If you are going this time of the year ( June-Sept ) and can schedule a extra day or two then it would be worthwhile to rent a car and go south 4 hours to the Gorge where all you'll need to bring is a 9 m and a small board.

I don't think the sound itself gets much wind this time of year, at least not when I've been there in July-Aug.

Danny.. I 100% agree w/ Raul... you can drive to Gorge in a matter of a few hours..

Portland is a beautiful town.. lots of stuff to do when the winds settle. Head to Powell's bookstore.. one of the largest book stores in the nation.. amazing place to hang out..

i did mention it was a business trip, driving a few hours each way is out of the question unfortunately

Hood River is also an amazing town... I've never before seen a town that is solely devoted to windsports
