I would wait until the afternoon and hope it clears a little.
Doppler looks sort of iffy right now. It gusted over 50 at CLW a little while ago.

It's forecast to be decent later (according to Accuweather).

any beach on the gulf will do, if your on the bayside try picnic island, but watch your back.
