Default pimps

When you are the dealer/distributer or rider of the gear you have tested
Or if you personally have tested the equiptment and you can give a fair and honest account of the gear, go ahead pimp it out tell the crew what you realy think., good or bad.

If you are just trying to bash something that you have not tested your self , go to another forum.it will not be tolerated in this one.

Disclaimer: I have an affiliation with Airush and have developed a preference for kites that are especially fast.

Last week I flew 3 kites:

1. 05 reactor 15m
2. 06 reactor 15m
3. 16m x-bow

and while I liked them all:

The 05 reactor is very fast, light and powerful. Makes its own sauce. The best I've ever flown. But I haven't flown that many admittedly.

The 06 reactor is the same- perhaps more so- but seems to lack the bottom end of the 05- I think its because I was flying it on the wrong lines- 30m recommended and I was on 25m. They say its important. I hope so- otherwise I'm keeping the 05s.

The x-bow is cool. Very smooth power but feels somewhat heavy and slow to me. Jumps great and the depower is cool but I question its utility here when our winds have pretty narrow range for the most part. Still, safer and great for some. People say the bar requires a lot of effort. I did not find that (they might just need a little gym time). That said the oval shape and inability to "rest" on the bar might appeal to some but not to me.

Guess for the time being I'm sticking with the 05 Reactors.
