I just got the sweetest summer job!
I just got hired as the newest coach at real. My stay at real will be from june to november. So I won't be missing any wind. You all are invited and encouraged to come visit me over the summer.

Cool. Make sure we know how to reach you. I want my kite trip this year to involve flying from Tampa to Norfolk, two hours in the rental car, then charge the Sound. I'm serious. I went to the first season of Real camps so it will good to see Trip and Matt again, anyhow.
When exactly in June are you starting?

I will be up there the first week of june. I wont become a coach until I go through training, which they cant do until after their comp in june.

Congratulations Shawn.
This is a great achievement and opportunity and I know you will make the best of it. Your character, integrity and abilities are what got you the job so stay focused on your goals, remain positive and don’t waste your time or energy on the haters. When you need a break from Hatteras you'll have the hospitality and hookup in Texas so come on down. E

Congrats Shawn!!! As Kev, E-Bone, Eagle and Steve already said, we couldn't have asked for a better string of good things to happen to our locals!!! We are all very proud of your accomplishment and can't wait to hear your stories when you return.
Shawn, I will be up in Hatteras from June 17th to the 25th so you can show me all of the best spots in town!!! Once again, great job and good luck this summer bud!!!

Yeah, let me know how the wind is, and where to stay... I plan on coming up after the summer semester is over. Don't know where I'm staying, don't know where to ride... most likely will be tent camping though.
