lol yeah its been kinda dead around here, I think those kites are made by wainman hawaii, but don't know much more than that.

Thanks Kitespear!

They are Lou Wainmans "pro-model" or branded kites of some sorts with shortened simple bridles and some other features not found on other kites.

I guess by the looks of it no one on here knows much about it...

You should ask Scott next time you see him.
He rode the 12 and 9m Wainman kites in St. Augustine and seemed pretty impressed with them. He said they were really nice but expensive if I remember correctly

I briefly talked to Shawn Richman (Waiman Rider) and Lou without knowing he was Lou at the Surf Expo this year. The kites look well made to me. He also told me that part of their strategy is to try make the bars and kites as simple as possible.

That's all the feedback i have from those kites.

Very low aspect kites by design (short wing span long center strut). Should have good grunt and easy relaunch. I have not had the pleasure of riding one yet.
