Lake Lanier Kiteboarding??

Is there kiteboarding in Lake Lanier? My brother just bought a condo there so I'm interested in making a trip over with my gear.

Atlanta kiters do kite on Lake Lanier.

Go here for more info.... the kiters use the windsurfing club forum pretty regularly.

Yeah, they are a bunch of great guys up there from all regions. We kited up at Old Federal. Call Emilio and tell em Bryan Woods sent ya, he heads up the kiting community up in ATL. We meet the first Thursday of the month at Frankies in Roswell.
