Default any wind comming...?

I've learned that last season don't mean squat...as far a wind predictions are concerned...
What does everyone think..
Is this season just broke..? Or maybe just a late start...hopefully the latter of the two...
Maybe Scott knows...

Let's just say I just got home, checked the forecast and am bitching to Donna.

We just got back from watching the Xmas boat parade.
Last year when we watched it, it was 45 degrees out (we were freezing), and that same day we rode NE winds of 25 to 30.
Maybe Colin remembers, we went to Silas Dent's with him.

This is getting beyond old.
Last night the forecast said E 15 to 20 for Monday. Now it says 5.
I was actually looking at real estate in Corpus Christi yesterday (great prices, btw) and jobs as well for about 3 hours.
St. Pete has the best setup for kiting, all directions covered, etc.....if only we had wind. I use to say that all the time to people who asked about kiting here.
The last 2 years have been off the charts, so I didn't say it much.
But now we are back to normal and I am back to saying it. Kinda sucks.
Maybe things will change, but I remember past years not being so great.

Luckily I am into other stuff, too. Thing is, I would rather kite than go to Derby lane.

Sorry. If you are an Ikitesurf FX (or whatever they call it) member, you can look through the archives.
Last season was good. I just double checked. It blew 17 weekends in a row starting the second weekend in Nov.
In November there were 16 good days.
December had 13.
January had 14. I stopped looking at that point.

Hopefully things will get better around here before too long.

Thumbs up

All I have to say, is that the wind died a few days after I injured my Rib. The Rib is now healed so it is time for the wind to return!

Awesome timing for you, that's for sure.
Is it 100% yet?
