Weekend Aug 30 - Sept 1
all wind sites showing it picking up late Saturday thru Sunday.. some show Monday looking OK.
might be rain involved as well.. keep an eye out.

How 'bout the surf report?
 Sun 08/31 7ft 5secs 26mph 80°F Mon 09/1 9.5ft 8secs 23mph 81°F Tue 09/2 5.5ft 7secs 13mph 82°F ---------------------------- Monday Surf: Head high SSW medium period swell for the morning with occasional 1-2' overhead high sets. This drops into the chest to shoulder range for the afternoon with occasional head high sets. Conditions: Clean in the morning with E winds 15-20kt. Semi clean/textured conditions for the afternoon with the winds shifting to the SE.

Ah yes, the best time to be a waterman in FL.
Wind on the way, epic waves on the way. Take your choice, East coast.....West coast. Looks like fun for a solid week. Still looks to me the the West coast is gonna get the best conditions for surf....but the East coast may get some epic conditions for kitesurfing mid week. Overhead waves with 25+. Now if I can only get rid of this damn leg injury!!!!!!!

If you can imagine walking the flat from Sunset to Howard back to Sunset and then doing it again for 3 days in a row.....well your gonna strain something....and then your gonna realize you need a jet ski or a small skiff to keep teaching lessons in my old age.
It's just a bad strain, but healing slowly. Gonna take alot of pain killers this weekend to get thru. Say it ain't so, but my first hurricane swell with an injury. Oh, the price of getting old. Is the weekend ever going to get here????
