A day at the South Tower. Filmed over the past year showing an average day of kitesurfing and life around the South Tower of the Golden Gate Bridge... where all the good wind and waves for are centered at.
Kiting at Crissy also has LOTS of perils and things that can (and do) go wrong out there even to the best seasoned local riders.

Always something fun to do and watch out there. Kiting, surfing, SUPing, windsurfing, sailing, swimming, tourist watching, etc
Riders

Bubble, Brown, P-Air, Charlie, Due, Heineken, Fares, Geleynse,
Stephaans, Von Tesmar, Will, Loscocco and many others...

Thanks to Ocean Rodeo, Windy Devil, USCG, and the rest of the Crissy Crew

Music:
Nightmares on Wax - Smokers Delight
Uncle Frank & the Codefendants (Will Morris)- Sidewalk Surfer
The Shamen - Purple Haze
Norah Jones - The Long Day Is Over

That is an impressive compilation, gives a sense of being there too. I like the time lapse sequences thrown in as well. It is nice to see a Thursday night kite race session from a kite perspective too. It is good to know that you can have wind and fog. Fog is such a rare thing in SE Florida, I have never seen the two together before. I looks like it isn't that uncommon out your way.

What an intriguing kiting venue.

yeah out here you can count on fog like clockwork for wind. Just pick a beach thats going to be about 2-10 miles in front of the fog bank and you can kite there.
If they predict the fog will push in and then you go into the bay to kite and if they say the fog will be hanging on the coast then you go kite the coast or just inside the gate.

rick if u ever come out this way hit me up.. Kiting and fog and SF are all synonymous over here. Hardly a day goes by without all 3
