Now's the time to nail a 'roo or an Instinct at great prices, if interested.
25% or more off is possible on both these brands. The kites will be gone soon though.

To be honest, I don't think any kite relaunches as fast as the contra nor does any other kite have the low end that the contra has for the size.

anything else you can argue about till U R blue.

The new ones turn alot faster than the older ones and are tougher built is the thing they've improved
i really could not get used to your kite.. it def had the power.. no arguing that.. but the bar pressure was so far beyond what I am used to riding.. its a totally different experience compared to what i normally ride.

all i can say is that TRY BEFORE YOU BUY is the best advice that anyone will ever give another kiter.

If we keep talking the "truth" about kites on here.... it's gonna get ugly.

Relaunch faster? Just how long does it take to relaunch a waroo? 10 seconds? I think the cab should actually relaunch slower so you have time to work out the cramps in your arms

Default Good 2nd kite?

Would like to get smaller 2nd kite for the higher winds that are coming. Right now I have a Cabrinha Omega 15 - was thinking about a Waroo 11 or 9. I'm 180 lbs. Any sugestions? Oh yeah, would also like this 2nd kite to double as a surf kite for getting in the waves. Thanks!

RM3001 i used a 7M Waroo2 in the surf all last winter, 25-30 knot range and a 5'5" directional, im 125lbs. It was a perfect combo for me, and its so stable in a puff. On the other hand, if the kite goes down in the surf its not so good, the waroo's huge bridal can let a wingtip poke through it and cause a nasty spiral.
but I love the kite when its flying, and jumps are incredible. i think a 9M will be good choice.
