I love my Jimmy Lewis Flightdeck. I'm 6'3" and 215lbs and can ride it with a 16M SB2 in 12mph. Of course it doesn't have as cool of a name as WindRyder's Superphatty!!

I own the ozone edge 13m. It is built to last. Love the saftey system. Took me a while to figure out also. Once I figured out that I was being pulled at warp speed from the harness even though I had no pressure on the bar I started to fly it with a very light touch and it really started to shine. Super fun kite. Very fast, mega high jumper, like kiting with power steering. Not a beginer kite. Mine is blue and white, Scott if you see me out on it introduce your self and take it for a pass down the speed strip. Maybe we could swap for a short session, I would like to try the RYL just to see what it's all about.

Cool. If it's under 16-18 knots, I will be on a red (faded to dark pink) RRD Hyper Type.
The Hyper is great in terms of speed and not so hot in terms of stability.
It use to be a trade off and the two didn't necessarily go hand in hand.
The Royal and others do a good job of combining the two, I think.

You will have a hard time finding a kite built with Ozone's level of dedication to detail and quality, imo.
They don't just ship 'em off and pray, they are in their own factory. Definitely put together bomber.

you bet. Rode the edge 13 from 11:30 to 4:45 today 8 to 18 knots just effortless kiting. Let a good friend try it today in 9 to 11 knots when he came in all I could see was teeth. We were holding a wind meter on the beach while each other tried it out. Very different feel.
