Why not get out of town and down the coast? This just in from ASM, fun for the weekend!





"Reserve your space now on a unique kite excursion this Saturday, November 19th


Adventure Sports Miami will shuttle you from Scotty's Landing in Coconut Grove to the picturesque Stiltsville for a 2 hour freeride session. Following that, take a scenic dowinder to Soldier Key on Biscayne Bay, and from there you can celebrate your experience with a chauffeured shuttle home while working on a few cold one's as you reflect on your day!

Things you'll need to know:

* Riders must arrive at Scotty's landing by 9:15am sharp (3381 Pan American Drive Coconut Grove, FL 33133-5501)
* Photo ID is required to make the trip. (Our boat captain will be collecting photo ID's from all riders prior to our journey.)
* Riding instructions will be given at the dock before the boat departs.
* Departure is at 10am sharp

Saftey Tips:

* Riders are strongly encouraged to wear floatation vests
* Riders are strongly encouraged to wear helmets.
* All riders will be assigned a buddy.
* Buddies should ride together down wind
* No riding or jumping up wind of the boat

Requirements:

* Must be IKO level 3

Items to bring:

* Food and water. (ASM has a cooler, however riders can bring individual coolers or containers.)
* Protective clothing. The ride home will be cooler than most would expect. Wind / rain jackets are a must.
* Wetsuit
* Booties (if needed)
* Whistle
* Kite Knife
* Cell phone in protected (waterproof bag is advised)

Booking:

* $95 per person
* $65 per person for current ASM Ticket to Ride Members
* Payment must be made in advance in order to reserve space and to ensure our speedy departure in the am.
