Default SMALL Kites

Met some guys in recent days and said, "got your small kites for the weekend?" They said pretty much no, have 12 m kites. For the record, heading out in 25 to 30 kts., worse gusting to gale force is a real bad idea with a 12 m kite. Even if you can handle it, sort of, in a really strong gust, or if something goes wrong, your margin for error can be way too small.

If you have the experience in similar winds AND an appropriate smaller kite for stronger stuff, go out have fun and be safe. If not, best to sit the higher days out.

Current forecasts for the SE:
