Dr.'s appt this afternoon

So I have been sitting here in the office all week watching the wind, missing everyone for night sessions, basically totally bummed out and jonesing for a dose of Preparation H2O... Sooooo, I have informed work that I have a "Dr's appointment" this afternoon and need to go in for some therapy...Hydrotherapy that is. I don't think they really believe me because they seem to believe that I have this PhD in Hydrology and am just doing some "Kiteboarding" activity instead (whatever THAT means...). So I was hoping that one of my fellow Hydrologists could write a note for me excusing me from work this afternoon so that I can prove that I will be "in the office" getting a critically needed therapy sesh since I haven't been in for an appointment in 2 1/2 months...
