Just headed over to the Bahamas again. Looks like they are getting more organized to deal with the invasion, including ...
  Unfortunately, I wasn't around to checkout the cleaning technique (careful ... remember what happens with improperly cleaned pufferfish, whoops!) or recipes. Maybe they would send them via email? I spoke to a local who said they have found some young lionfish in the guts of a few groupers. Wow, a local predator, we can hope so.
