I don't have kiters elbow but I did break my right elbow in a skateboarding accident 21 years ago. It doesn't bother me much but I can't straighten it out all the way. I'm now 54 and the day after a two hour session, my muscles ache pretty bad. Will definitely try the alkaline diet to see if it helps.

P.S. I'd clean up that keyboard a little....

I read some where that holding the bar with your thumb over the top of the bar will prevent you from getting tennis elbow...b\c you are not gripping the bar and the muscle in question is relaxed...


think about it you dont need to grip the bar just pull...exept when you are jumping...
