So yeah... turned out to be a nice little thursday despite the fact that my bridle line, which the pulley runs along, snapped and my kite ended up wrapped around a tree. It came out of nowhere too! I'm riding 20 yards offshore one minute and the next thing I know, I faceplant in the water and I'm getting kite-looped all the way to the beach. The trees are only 10 yards from the water, so luckly I didn't get pulled onto the beach, although I did still activate my CL safety system just to be safe. At least I got a couple hours of riding in before it happened and the kite was okay! Time to upgrade to the '07 waroo bridle....
 What a pain in the arse.Anyone else ride today? Looks like the skyway was nukin'...

very very very odd..
i was at skyway from 4 til 530.. was nuking on the ground.. but up in the air.. very very little. 16m waroo barely got me planing. micro jumps. mostly onshore wind. cant complain too much cuz i did get out for a while. very glad you are ok noob!!

Backside
Man I got to backside at 6 Bryan. I was juiced up on my 15 all night! Heck I could have put on my 13 and still been pretty powered up. You should have hung out for another 30 mins, because it was super nice!!!!! I rode until almost 8 and only reason I got off the water was the sun was setting. Backside, late, and getting dark! No need to explain why to get out of there!
I landed my first board off too!!!!!!! Wooo Hooo!!!!!!
