Our guest on this week's The Kiteboarder podcast is Cabrinha pro rider Jon Modica from Florida. Jon has largely competed in regional events in the US and Caribbean and this year chose to do the KPWT tour. As many people know, the first tour stop in Jamaica was canceled after only 15 riders showed up and there were many problems at the event site.

Jon talks to host Ryan Riccitelli about what went down at the event, what he thinks about the current competing tours and politics with the IKA, and how other pro riders are feeling about the state of the competition circuit.
