Round 2 was a let down, it never really got any good.

N Skyway was great too..

Tide was low.. but there was plenty for 9m then switched to 12m by 9am.

What is the riding like in S Skyway on a NNE or NE? are you limited to just the open area out beyond the rest area? Can you make it to any flatwater spots like you can on a N or NNW?

Yes you can. Obviously behind the island is going to be a wind shadow, so that flat water spot gets iffy. But, I like to go upwind and North which is in front of the island. This is Bishops Harbour and is maybe the best flat water spot in all the bay. I think Travis and I are the only ones who have ever gone up there, nobody else wants to bother with going so far upwind
