Default Skyway Meter...

I'm sure ya'll have noticed the meters have been down lately. Todd has been my "go to" guy over the years to get them fixed but it seems he has changed positions. Anyway, he forwarded it on and hopefully they will be fixed and up and running soon.
Jay

Mr. Orkins,

I am forwarding your message to Rich Bourgerie and Darren Wright.
Darren Wright is out PORTS manager. Rich Bourgerie is our Operations
Team Lead.

I cannot provide any information on repair times for the data in
question. Part of this is due to this area being part of the Tampa Bay
PORTS system. As part of the PORTS system, local authorities pay some
of the costs for the operation and maintenance of data collection
platform. In the case of Tampa Bay, the maintenance is done by a local
contractor. We have little or no control over this.

Should you have any more questions on this issue, you might direct them
to Rich Bourgerie or Darren Wright.

I guess either some one forgot to feed the monkey or plug in the hair dryer that makes that sensor spin up higher than normal.

Thanks Jay for checking into it.

Default Skyway Update

Just got email from PORTS Manager - High winds my ass
Shane

Hi Darren -- We are scheduled to service this site on Thursday
(6/14/07). We were not able to get out there over the past 2 weeks due
to high winds and seas or to lack of personnel availability on the days
when winds were calm. We hope to have it back up by the end of the week.

Thanks -- Mark

Guys,
Its going to be just a little longer before these high winds go away and the SKyway meter gets repaired...could be any day now.

You think they could calibrate it while they are putting it back on line?

Default Should be up soon??

Hi Shane -- We're on our way out there to swap systems (our 2nd attempt). We hope it will be back up by later today if we're successful.

Thanks for your interest - Mark
