i'm considering a skim/surf for lightwind days.. i took a surfboard w/ straps for a cruise a couple weeks ago in light winds on flat water and it was just too damn big. yes i could ride in practically no wind but i'm thinking a scaled down version would be more fun.

skywalker makes the surf/skim board.. i know others do as well.. im thinking of just making a ply-skim board...

id love to get the Toxic Wave by RRD, it looks sick.... and it can be ridden as a twin tip if needed...

im also considering adding fins and straps to my skim board (like the skywalker), but i have heard a few bad reviews of it.... wish i could try one myself....
