Default Ivan

Panama City Beach had a couple of giant Tornados ripp through the beach Wednesday night and shut down all the power just before Ivan came through on Thursday morning.......high tidal surge flooding all the beaches....making launch spots tough to rig and launch at. A few riders got out on 8 meter kites in 30 plus winds.....surf was 25 feet and tore a new pass through between Destin and Fort Walton Beach..the entire road ( 98 ) is gone now. Tuesday and Wednesday before the storm hit, we had epic conditions at Alligator Point. Today is not looking bad either......and the power just came back on....East Coasters... watch theat next one coming up!
Rushman over and out

Congratulations on getting power back so quickly. It took 11 days to get in back on at my office! Good luck with the cleanup and recovery. Hang in there Florida, this a hurricane season will have to end someday.
