Here is the definitive word, as of today anyhow.
The park supervisor stated that kiteboarding is allowed throughout the park, the exception is the lagoon at North Beach which is off limits as it is a swimming area. The #1 concern to the park are bystanders getting hurt. The ranger stated that if anything threatens our activity, it would be an accident involving a bystander. The ranger was provided with contact information and urged to give us a heads up should any concerns arise in the future. E
