Default Gulfster.com

Ryan from Gulfster.com hosts one of the best surf/skim and now it seems kite web sites in Florida. He really covers the local scene very well documenting in photos and videos all of the events happening around the Gulf.

I have noticed lately he seems to be covering the kite stuff more and more. I know he works very hard on this site and visits help him generate funds from his sponsors. Check it out when you get a chance.

I think for the first time since watching this site for over 4 years, a kite pic has made the home page. I guess he is figuring out it makes a much better picture than the Gulf with ankle high skim.

Ryan is a longtime surfer and I have plans to take him out and show him the ropes, culture, and scene of kiteboarding in the bay area. He is planning to do a story about it on his website when we are done.

Cool. That's from the SW today, right around 4:30 pm. I actually remember that very moment in time, because I said to Tony, "Uh oh, Trent is about to land on Philthy".

I think that's Skemp the Pimp in the background.

I think I saw him taking the pics. Large white bazooka camera on tripod.

That guy was Ryan? shit i would have liked to have met him, everyone that i know who surfs uses Gulfster.com religiously. Up to date reports and awesome photography. My "little" brother is on the Flagler surf team and he owes 7 years of surf reports and inspiration to the Gulfster....no doubt. wish it was around when i was growing up! all we had was Windflight surfshop's awful answering machine reports.

i actually have gulfster as my home page, gotta hang on to my roots somehow!!!! their new site for 08 looks killer!!! I have noticed over the past few weeks several home page pics of kiters, as well as a note about a board found off redington beach. I think that turned out to be tiffany's. Maybe more guys like me finally realized how to have fun on an east wind on the gulf coast!!!
