Lassing Park ?'s

I'm going to be hanging out at friend's tomorrow afternoon helping him work on his house, and his house is around the corner from Lassing Park. If the wind picks up, I'm skipping the work and catching a session. The predicted winds are marginal for kiting, but predicdted to be NE, which based on the TBKA wiki is fine for Lassing. What about any strange wind shadows due to the airport to the N and the subdivision to the S? Also, any weird things to watch out for. I already know first and foremost not to piss off the homeowners. Just wondering, cause I'm hard up to kite, it MAY blow hard enought tomorrow for a 15 and a big board, and I've never been in the water at LP. Rather be informed
