Kite flying strangly..
I changed bars yesterday on my 14m Royal to a Flexi bar and lines and something is not right. I made no change to the kite side attahcments just changed the bar. When we launched the kite, it turned way to fast and then even flew backward. When I depowered, it flew a little better but when I repowered, it flew backwards and then dropped out of the window.
I'm guessing that the something is wrong with the line lengths....any suggestions would be thankful. Big G |

Ummmm....check your line lengths?
Hahahha just kiddin' (not really) sounds like the fronts are WAY too long. I have a brand new Royal bar here with trim strap and leaders (no lines or CL) that has Big G written all over it. Its yours for free if ya want it to build up another bar. www.kiteboardingtampabay.com |

it's oversheeting. shorten your inside lines, or lengthen your outside lines. hook it up to a tree. when you are fully powered all lines should be tight

Yeah, no kidding SteveO. Notice I said bar ONLY not Flexi kite. One things for sure, they make great bars.
I still have an ION on its second set of valves as a back up. Its kinda like driving around town with a spare tire thats flat. |
