On a strong NE or ENE, is EB a good place to ride compared to the skyway?
I would think you would get a gustier wind over there compared to the clean wind at the SW... I know that if you are starting out or not heading upwind consistenly, the skyway should be avoided. I stayed out of there until I was confidently riding upwind.

i havent found it to be any gustier at EB, i dont think the bridge alone messes up the wind that much, the days it is gusty at EB, its probably gusty at SW as well, when the tide is high enough i prefer EB over SW unless i want waves or if its a sunny sat afternoon, then the SW has more room

the other big deciding factor for me is : 10 min drive to skyway 20 - 30 min drive to EB depending on Traffic/drawbridges/etc
