Great morning for practicing tricks

It was solid 12 to 15 earlier for Donna, then it filled to solid 15 plus for me. We both rode the same kite.

The Donster did about 15 backrolls this morning all powered and landing riding away clean. She completed and sailed out smoothly on just her 3rd attempt (pretty sick). Her first attempt was classic. Perfect backroll with a (accidental) kiteloop. She learned how to redirect pretty fast after that one!!
I, in the meantime, did a ton of unhooked faceplants to finger sprains.

Tom, you are right, I better get ready to be outdone. :evil: :wink:

rode at park just north of pier in st. pete for 2 hours.. very powered on 16m waroo.. rode to airport and back a few times.. out past the channel markers and through some sailing regattas .. haha..
slow moving suckers..

definitly sick morning.. i was having a HORRIBLE day for tricks though.. idk just one of thoes off days.. i couldn't land ANYTHING today.

Nah Josh you were looking good, just not pulling what you wanted to pull. Still better than anyone else I saw riding out there, except E-Bone who did some crazy pink rainbows.

Funny thing about the rainbows, Tom. I was smacking some mini-lips at south Skyway yesterday and the angle of the sun was causing rainbows to appear in the spray off of the lip. That's a new mad skillz move that I call the Gay Pride. Here's a t-shirt to commemorate the trick:

Everyone is a punk bitch compared to the Bone in terms of wipeouts today. I left it all out on the water this morning. I decided that enough was enough after I did a cartoon wipeout in 10 to 12 inches of water. That hurt, pain followed by PAIN, and I am lucky I didn't get cut. Alex was concerned and rode right over to remind me that I am a fool.
