who is the underwriter for the states?

As most states have laws that say the insurance provider must write through that state or is not valid and can be contested, such as florida , Hawaii and cali for example. The only reason i ask, is that Loydds has had some flaws in the USA, i know this from experece. So it really depends on the under writer. Same thing goes when we just got insurance in Grand Cayman, couldnt use anything but from there, or as in USA can be contested.....better make sure you have a corp formed for the USA to protect , not llc
