Buzzed around this afternoon on the waverunner today with my 5 year old daugter.

Hit up Caledesi and put about 15 minutes of trainer kite time in with her. Need to get a smaller kite. 2M is still too big. LOL!

Headed up to Howard Park to meet the Fly Guys and one was happy to take a break and let me ride for a bit. Thanks Brandon!!!!!

Shot over to 3 Rooker to take a swim with the dog and just relax and watch the sun go down.

Ended with a nice ride home and my girl finally got the hang of driving the ski. Wooohooo!

Enter oil into the mix, and none of this would have happened today.

To me, you can't put a price tag on memories. I feel for the folks effected by this disaster that are missing out on their own family memories.

Say a prayer!

i feel for those effected.
the gas station owner that has less sales due to BP BOYCOTTERS
the ruff necks that will be out of work due2 OBAMABANS on drilling
most of all the sealife that runs into these death plumes.
lucky tampa bay is the last place they forcast the oil to invade so my prayers will be for those in harms way.
peace

Actually don't think I did get a check, Bayflite, since I haven't paid taxes in years.

not to offend anyone, but those checks did seem like a cheap populism bribe to me. Ultimately, we will pay [or already did?] it back [quadrupled] out of our own pockets.

You STILL are required by law to fill out your tax return and send it in EVEN if you do not owe taxes. If you had filled it out correctly then they should have sent you a $3000+ or so check for the EIC earned income credit that everyone automatically gets below $10,000 in earned income

I would recommend to watch Zeitgeist movie - an interesting documentary with some eye-opening points of view. There is a good part in there related to statement above [they actually say that paying taxes is NOT mandated by any law in the US].

Dennis is correct regarding federal taxes.

If the government really wants to be fair, they could stop letting illegals get paid under the table AND make use of our tax dollars. I am not against legal, documented immigration, and definitely not a racist.

Anyway.... it's a kiting forum and nothing will change.

Yeah, I went to the movies one time and thought that it was going to be a good action movie. Suprise, It was "Zeitgeist". Interesting documentary. I do pay my taxes though =)

Yep, Erick, you got it ...
Either pay 'em right or don't pay 'em at all.
Anywhere in between smells like jail .

Anyway, Steve-O, sorry for highjacking the thread.
Back to BP now...
