Default IRB launch and parking

hey all!

i will be near IRB sunday visiting friends and just wanted suggestions on where to park and if there are any "no kite" zones (just in case there is wind)

i was there a few years ago (not kiting) and saw IRB had a few no fee, small public parking areas

anyway, let me know if i should just get there early (to get a parking spot) and if there are restrictions, etc

thanks

OS-
The preferred deal at IRB is park at 27th Ave, walk North up the beach well past the volleyball nets. Its wider there and usually no people on that section of beach.
You can also park down the side street next to the gas station.
May be good there in the afternoon on Sat. so bring your stuff.
