Default Help preserve beach access for all in North Miami

This effects all beach goers in costal communities. It sets a precedent for defending the individuals right to beach access.
More information can be found at

From TJ Marshall and Surfrider South Florida.
"Time to start Phase II of the Bal Harbour Battle. We’re going to file an ethics complaint against Bal Harbour Village Manager Alfred Treppeda. His unethical conduct is at the heart of the problems that have occurred in Bal Harbour.

We need to keep the momentum up with the crew and the pressure on the County and FDOT to do the right thing. So we’re going to get a petition going to make some noise about this ethics complaint. The petition itself tells the details, click the link below and sign it! If we can get 1000 signatures on this petition we can create a wedge between the Village and folks with FDOT and the County.

We’ve got another Miami Herald Article on Thursday, lets get hundreds of signatures before then! Woooooohooooo!!!! "

So sign the petition and give back to the ocean, beaches and waves that give us so much.
