Default Tampa kite instruction?

I am looking at Watersports West for kite instruction. Any opinions on lessons/instructors? It's that or Kitemare or Laurel from Island Style. Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thx!!

I got my instruction from Watersports West via Steve-O. I also took their
3 hr classroom instruction. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I'm now 3 months into the addiction.

Thanks that is what I was hoping to hear. I am taking the intro course on Sat. Kinda bummed I did not do this sooner!! The winds are all onshore lately. At least we have the cable parks to work on board skills.

For now I'm gonna stick with the kite to improve my
board skills. Me and the cable do not get along

Oh no!!! Another Steve in the sport of kitesurfing.

That video made me laugh hard. I did a few of those but eventually got the hang of it.

Welcome Steve and looking forward to you meeting the owner Steve, and maybe a couple of the kiters out there named Steve, and if we're lucky you can meet a great instructor out there named Steve. Oh yeah, the owners best friend is Steve, but he windsurfs.

Good times!!!!

Yeah I'm stoked to come up tomorrow morning.

That vid reminds me of when I learned how to snowboard back in the day. Be grateful you are falling on water!!

Had a great class with Steve-O this morning. Very informative!! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to get into this sport. All info you need to know and def don't need to be on the beach to get it.

Thanks again Steve-O
