My weatherstation is setup on the roof of my office at Feather Sound. It sits about 80' above sea level and its unobsrtucted.

Cost for setting up was not that much. The cost for the equipment was around $260.00

just purchased New La Crosse Professional Weather Station WS-2310 TWC
looks good ,internet ready should be in Nassau soon.
$250 on ebay.
I will at the end of it put up the total amount spent on this project and will be collecting from you tight asses..using the watson collection agency.

well found a cheap one on ebay total with shipping to the bahamas was $300 still have to pay duty.
should get it in a few days and will put it up at blue hill asap.
::::for those that want to use it:::
please put in for the weather station and the up keep of the weatherstation and web cam.
it will be pass word protected(only those who have contributed will see what the curant wind speed and direction).
to start it will save alot of driving and cell phone calls.

yo aj i know we are all interested....and most of us will be willing to put in....but i know i am as many o us are wondering what the cost will be to us....set up and monthly cost????

it will not be much
the weather station was not that expensive
$250 pluss $50 for shipping
duty will be about $120
new total $420
I was thinking $20 - $30 per month to help pay for the dudes internet conection between us the people that will be using it.

Default there is no profit to make out of this weather station

as I said the weather station will be pass word protected (who ever puts in for it will be able to see curant wind)
the stats will be updated daily for non paying viewers..(but you will not be able to see curant wind speed and direction unless you put in for it)
this non profit.
I will link it to my web site.
shuman is allso getting a weather station inland (i'm not sure how he will run his)
but might be good to cross refrance wind.
anyways lets just get this thing going

just got it tiday from the post office, I'm going to put it up at my place for a week to play with it and then I will chuck it up at blue hill.
