Ozone Travel.com with Laurel Eastman Kiteboarding, Hotel Caracol, And RDCA present: Sept 2-5th, 2005 Cabarete, Dominican Republic Kick-Ass Kiteboarding – A 4-day Martial Arts intensive training paired with kiteboarding and yoga to sharpen your body and mind and to let your spirit run free! Sensei Robert Duzoglou has over 33 years of experience studying and teaching the Martial Arts, and created RDCA, which educates students with the best the Martial Arts world has to offer, including: Karate, Kickboxing, Jui-Jitsu, Aiki-Jitsu and Combative Escrima. Join Sensei Robert for a seriously intense and a seriously fun 4 mornings (90 minutes a day), working the body and mind to develop physical fitness and mental strength. Classes will be using fun training tools like kicking bags, punching bags and escrima sticks!  Sony Picture Classics Following each 90-minute training session will be 30 minutes of ashtanga-based yoga.  After lunch, when the wind kicks-in, join Laurel Eastman and her crew for an afternoon of kiteboarding! Whether you’re just learning, want to practice your skills, or heading out to the reef, the LEK team will make sure that your Cabarete kiteboarding experience is fantastic and fun!
