Default Planning a kite trip to Freeport in November, any advise?

I am planning a kite trip to Freeport, Bahamas in November. Trying to figure out where best to stay, where to kite, what size kites to bring?
My wife is not a kiter, so I have to make sure that we stay in central part so that she has stuff to do while I am (hopefully!) kiting.
Any advise is appreciated.
thanks,
Al

Hello Al,

A general look at Grand Bahama Island for kitesurfing including the Freeport area appears at:

AJ and the guys probably have more insight on Freeport beyond this.

Hope you have a great trip.

Default freeport is like the bush of the bahamas

there is so amazing flat water riding on the inside area (beaches are easy to get to by car)
there will not be alot for your wife to do she will be finnished shopping in about 5 mins, port lucya is a good spot to drink and eat ,if your there for a few days you will be able to set your watch from the songs the band plays in the main square.
but I'm prity shore kiteboarding wise you will have a ball.
bring a 9m 12m and a 16/17m
aj
