We will track every kite race event in Florida; we will give points to the first ten winners of each event, course race and long distance race, this season both categories will be combined and go to the same point system (only this season)

We have been working on doing this project for quite a while now and we have a lot of people behind us and also a lot of people interested in joining us to get this project up and running.

This is by no means something we are going to do alone and it is not our intention either we are really looking forward to anyone who would be interested in joining us and working alongside us to come on board. We do not want to be the head of this we are really interested in making this a community project with everyone who is interested having a voice.

Awards for this season

Races (long distance and course)
Freestyle (pro)
The kite brand will also get points the same as the rider
For example if the winner of a race is riding on a north, the kite will get the same points as the rider.

At the end of the season we will have the riders with the most points and the state champion in different categories and also the best kite brand
