Default Found Board, Skyway

Grabbed a board from the SW tonight after dark.
It's a larger homemade looking board.

PM me with a more detailed description and we will get it back to you.

Default Lost my kiteboard

I left my kiteboard at the skyway launch on Memorial day. It is a large, black plywood board with too much rocker and 2 glass fins on the heel side. I think I remember that the straps are "nice" brand. It's a piece of crap, but it's the best thing I could afford to get into the sport. Thanks for posting it.

skunked..

i rode ply boards for my first full season.. for cruising the flat water they are great.

once you start jumping you will want to upgrade.. but for beginners i cannot recommend a simply marine ply board with ZERO rocker ...

cut the shape, drill all the holes.. sand like a MF.. spray paint some silly patterns.. and throw a bunch of coats of poly on it.. seriously easy and cheap..

3 boards from 1 sheet of ply.

see attached pics.. we got fancy with some of the paint.. i broke the Bullit board cuz it wasnt marine ply.. simply plywood and too brittle.

Just don't get hit with it! Spent some time in the hospital from my old plywood board hitting me in the shin and causing internal bleeding. Extremely painful.
