Many thanks for your quick reply,
Or may be, if it's not possible i can take only my kite and rent only a board? Do you that only my f-one bandidos 10m (range 12knots till 30) is enough for the spring wind to avoid some additionnal flight charges? Also one of my friend need a Naish kite, i have this solution to buy it and test it for him Brgds |

If you could pack only one kite, your 10 m with that wind range sounds pretty good. Trying to secure a board locally makes sense although I would make arrangements in advance of your trip. Have a great visit!

I agree, Florida (southwest) is the best kitesurfing destination in US. Sanibel Island and Marco Island are magnificent places for kitesurfing.

This post seems helpful for new visitors, however it should be updated as Bunche Beach is closed to kiteboarding. Wouldn't want to steer a visitor out there only to get fined or create an unhealthy situation for the local kiting community.

This was written five years ago for a magazine article in SBC Kiteboard Magazine and uploaded on here as well. It was never intended to sit around unmodified ignoring changes as they developed. That burden falls on the users to fill in. Thanks for doing just that! I am having trouble seeing what the north and south boundaries of Bunche Beach are. What parts of Ft. Myers Beach are still open to kiting, some I hope?
