Sat on my ass in the office and stared out the window at the trees trying not to break because they were getting blown around so much. 'Flew' a 1/3M Paper airplane into the dude in the adjacent cube to mine and went to a 'board' meeting. Waited at the salad 'bar' in 'line' for lunch while all you lucky bastards rode.

There was some heat out there today and I had to throw some of it! I too had some of the highest jumps of my life. I'm getting used to having some height -just need to learn to land it, since my back seemed to be absorbing more than is healthy. By the way, some of my biggest jumps of the day were on the Monkey kites before it BLEW UP. Everyone should try those kites. I would like to see what the low end of the 12m will be.

Sorry you couldn't make it Toby.

E-Bone was right. It was a 12M. It was sick. E-Bone - I got to get my 12 out about 3:30 and ride for several hours. It rocked - the winds backed down a little. I have some pics of Billy. I know he has a ton but does he want them? If so, let me know if he has an e-mail address. The file is too big for me to post unless someone can tell me how to do it.

We have also posted some pics on the Extreme Kites forum at this link, then simply put that link in a post at FKSA:

Tony, if you have a number of pics and you need to resize them to 80x600 or something you can pick up a free copy of Jalbum.

google it..

its a free web photo album generator .. very cool.. free.. and simple to use.. and it will auto resize your photos for you. i use it to batch-resize a bunch of photos quickly. (pain in the ass to open each one and resize one at a time).

it will dump all the resized photos in a folder so it wont affect the originals. it also generates the html and what not if you have a webserver you can post to.. or you can just get a flickr.com account and upload them there ..

let me know if you have any questions or need any help. we would all love to see what photos you have. Also might be able to email them to Roy and i'm sure he would post them at http://www.epickitesurfing.com/

Roy's email is kite@epickitesurfing.com

later..
