Line Lengths

Hey ya'll, do all 4 lines need to have the same length to the kite? or do the center lines need to be same length and the steering line same length, but these 2 not need be the same length?

Confusing topic for me, and just want to know how to keep my kite tuned.

Thanks in advance.

p.s. not sure is relevant, but I have a 2011 16m switchblade.
